I received a letter from you this morning in connection with problems I am
having with Tiscali and clearing up accounts and payments with them.
The problems are, largely, the result of Tiscali being unable to provide a
good service, close down facilities, accounts, when requested, unable to
communicate between offices, etc.
You will be receiving a copy of a letter, including one I received from
them.
In the meantime the text of a
letter to Frances Orozco of Tiscali Customer Services is below the
signoff of this E-mail, in case your system does not like attachments.
