Dear Frances Orozco,
Tiscali Accounts
Problems with closing services, clearing up payments, etc., continued
I have today received the enclosed letter from Frederickson
International Limited for an alleged debt of £8-69, for which I had
already sent a cheque and have now sent two cheques.
I had already received a letter from CARS of Basingstoke,
resulting in me writing to you and E-mailing them.
Unhelpful conversations with two of Frederickson's people got me nowhere,
except that they would "kindly” hold the account for five days, unless
I paid yet again, as well as one putting the ‘phone down on me. They
had the temerity to call me a Debtor, on just your Company’s say so,
thereby committing slander. Despite the strange happenings with the Law
in this Country, in recent years, it still remains that innocence is
assumed until proven otherwise and allegations do not constitute proof.
At least the CARS people were helpful and have some decent manners,
even to the point of exchanging E-mails. Fredrickson do not have the
wit, or gumption, to contact Tiscali, simply descending into the “its
automatic” litany and are quite happy to slander me even after I have
told them that I have a tape recorder connected to the telephone.
I am copying this letter to Frederickson’s as well as a reprint of the
letter I have already sent to you.
Just how many more organisations have you contacted about a tiny amount
of money for which payment has already been sent? Even so, spending
hundreds of Pounds to chase £8-69 is a damn silly way to run a
business, especially using a company whose customer service abilities
are non-existent, though they more or less said that anyway, not that
Tiscali’s is any good.
I have had standing invitations, for some time, to give lectures and
presentations, at universities, etc., on my business experiences,
though delayed while I complete my autobiographical book, which should
be published this summer; I am already being read about via a
colleagues book, “Past Life Tourism – Gateway to your Past and Future”,
by Barbara Ford-Hammond. Those business experiences are
colourful enough already, having been “ripped off” on a project by
Havant Borough Council, who committed false accounting, deception,
fraud and misappropriation of European Funds, paid back to avoid
prosecution (it was below the level that Government Agencies bother to
do so unless it is not paid back) by defrauding local taxpayers; other
having helped in the cover-up; on local precedents custodial sentences
await. (My legal advice is that you cannot libel or slander a council,
only individuals within it, though they dare not sue me anyway.) Going
by recent precedents in this region the sums of money involved put it
easily in custodial sentence territory. In contrast, I am completely
“fireproof”. See

News Blackouts, Princes and Kings, February 2008.
Now, I can add to those presentations my experiences in doing business
with Tiscali, along with audio illustrations of me being slandered by
Fredrickson’s staff, plus the conversation with CARS, which was
exceptionally helpful in comparison with Fredrickson’s, and those of
your staff, which were very mixed.
In addition to information already requested, please send me copies of
all information that either Frederickson’s has sent to any third
parties about me, or, again, a written assurance from a senior manager
that no such information has been sent.
I still wish to receive, as previously requested, the name and address
of the Chief Executive of Tiscali in order to make a formal complaint,
even more so after today.
Yours sincerely,
Richard L. King
