Per our conversation of today, 16th June 2008, I can confirm that I
have escalated your requests for the following:
1 – Copies of all correspondence sent between Tiscali and Fredericksons.
2 – An apology for, and retraction of, the slanderous comments received by
Fredericksons.
3 – Assurances that your Credit rating will not be affected by this business.
4 – That any correspondence in the meantime be addresses electronically to :

I can also advise that, as discussed, I have asked our Finance team to send you
a refund cheque for £**.00 in the short term.
