We have recently experienced a high volume of incoming letters. Consequently, we
have not responded to your letter as promptly as we should have. We would like
to take this opportunity to apologise for this delay and for the inconvenience
this has caused you.
I have checked your records and found that your concerned regarding the payment
son your three accounts and the refund ahs already been escalated to our Narrow
Band Support Team for investigation on 09 July 2008. It is still in progress.
Please be assured that you will be notified once this gets resolved. Please bear

In the meantime, the current update on your account is that we are tying to
clear up your outstanding balance on your three accounts.
