Dear
Naomi Slade,
Thank you for your E-mail of 22nd April with regards to your
involvement and my problems with Tiscali.
Today I obtained a mini-statement for my Bank Account, from the Alliance and
Leicester branch in Havant. It showed that a cheque for £8-69 was cashed on
16th April 2008. I last sent a cheque to Tiscali, for that
amount, on 16th April, in response to a letter I received from
Frances Orozca, at Tiscali, on 14th April. As that cheque was in my
possession on 16th April, Tiscali, or someone else who had taken
the cheque from Tiscali and cashed it in their own account(?!), must have
cashed the cheque I wrote on 15th March and sent to Mr MacDougall at
Tiscali. In other words, it looks as if Tiscali have been chasing me for
payment while holding a cheque I had already sent them for a month!
I have been chased and threaten for payment that I had already made!
Therefore, as of 16th April, when I first heard from you, arguably before
that in Tiscali’s case, Tiscali, yourself and another organisation they
involved, as regards your telephone calls, letters, etc., to me, have been
engaged, separately, and/or severally, in demanding money with menaces. My
understanding is that demanding money with menaces is illegal, criminal,
even.
As I have intimated, said, in other correspondence, that I will be using
these debacle in lectures and presentation, interviews, etc., as well as on
the Internet. Apart from anything else that will allow me to test opinion on
the accuracy of my interpretation of events.
This ridiculous business has cost me several hours at a time when I am
exceptionally busy anyway.
Having been blocked by a corrupt Council for many years, because I know too
much (Havant Borough Council; wrecking of my project combined with false
accounting, deception, fraud, misappropriation of European Funds, false
professional qualifications, etc., applied to rather more than just my
project) I am using my non-engineering side to go past them, though it is
taking far longer than I anticipated. Hence my interest in the Internet (a
local editor was involved in helping with the cover-up and the Internet,
obviously, does not have editors, let alone friendly ones), although my
Tiscali Web Sites are somewhat “old hat” and were superseded by others long
ago.
Note that, as far as the Council is concerned, I was advised that you cannot
libel, or slander, a council, only individuals within it. On the other hand,
two employers of the other company Tiscali decided to employ to harass me,
demand money with menaces, were unwise enough and arrogant enough to slander
me by repeatedly calling me a debtor, despite me advising them that I had a
recorder attached to my telephone; at the very worst my situation was only
as alleged by Tiscali, which does not constitute legal proof. As a Chartered
Engineer and writer I tend to deal in precision of words, language, or at
least endeavour to do so.
However, the Council is libeling and/or slandering me, I have been informed,
though they only dare do so behind my back (http://www.richardsjournal.co.uk/RJ_The_Well-wisher.htm).
Maybe that is something to do with fraud involving at least several hundred
thousands of Pounds, that they committed, and not wishing to spend long
“holidays” at Ford, in Sussex, or similar. The “Well-Wisher” saw it from the
inside; what I suspected and saw a little of was extensive and did take
place.
I am already being read about, around the world, quite apart from my Web

Look on the bright side; you could all be quite famous, along with those at
Tiscali and the other company, in a way, in due course. You may all get your
first mention in a presentation at Havant Literary Festival (http://www.sndc.demon.co.uk/hav.htm),
though likely to do so, in the Online sense, long before that. Mostly, it is
likely to be from the beginning of the next academic year. At least your
company comes out of it comparatively well, give the circumstances, unlike
Tiscali and the others. You avoided slander, presented a relatively human
face and were willing to listen and query the circumstances with Tiscali.
Your ability to communicate is far superior to Tiscali’s, or the other
company, though I am well aware that is faint praise in the light of their
abilities.
