Havant and Bedhampton Community Board: Membership

Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for the delay in
replying to you.
I have looked at the Terms of Reference with the Chair of the Community
Board who agreed that he would confirm at the meeting next week that the
Board is, as I believed when I spoke to you, now full.
I have attached for your information a copy of the Terms
of Reference for Community Boards which states that the Community
Board will consist of a maximum of 15 voting members (including the nominated
Councillor). Havant and Bedhampton Community Board, following the election
of a new member at the last meeting, now has a full complement of 15 members.
Again, please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to you.
